Belarus advocates inclusive international security dialogue


MINSK, 17 July (BelTA) – Belarus is pushing for a broad framework of cooperation on international security and integration, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Andrei Yeudachenka said as he met with heads of diplomatic missions and consular agencies of Belarus on 17 July. Attending the meeting was First Deputy Premier Aleksandr Turchin, BelTA has learned.
“Belarus keeps promoting a unifying agenda within the framework of international initiatives of the head of state. First of all, this pertains to the resumption of a broad dialogue on international security and integration matters that have serious potential for rebuilding trust and overcoming existing international differences,” Andrei Yeudachenka said.
With this in mind, Minsk has hosted and is preparing to host a series of international conferences.
