MINSK, 11 June (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to the participants of the 20th edition of the Belarusian Song and Poetry Festival, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian head of state.
“Over the years, one of the largest art forums has become an integral part of the cultural life of our country and discovered many popular artists and poets. The unique format of the event brings together several generations of famous cultural figures and very young talented performers,” the message of greetings reads.
Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that the program of the festival celebrating the Year of People’s Unity this year would once again attract the attention of a large audience with new interesting projects and contribute to the strengthening of peace and harmony in our society.
The head of state wished creative inspiration to the participants of the forum, great performances to the contestants and unforgettable impressions to visitors.
